Superpower Bottle Flip

It's coming halloween. You're wondering, 'How can we be light in the darkness at a local level?'

Enter, the Superpower Bottle Flip.

Whether you run this as a church-wide campaign or you're here because you want to make a stand for light, this game was created both to give Christian kids a positive alternative to halloween and to engage kids who may have had little or no exposure to Christianity or the Bible.

It’s designed to be a positive experience that runs counter to the usual halloween narrative. The game has been intentionally designed with community families in mind.

It's halloween and kids are looking for fun when they trick or treat. They come to your house - your light is on - you have a sign at your gate, inviting them to join in the Superpower Bottle Flip.

Kids flip the bottle - if they have a turn, they get a lolly (supplied by you). If the bottle flips and lands on its base - they get another lolly (supplied by you). And you hand them a Kinder, Wiser, Braver sticker, engaging them in a short conversation about whether they'd like their superpower to be kindness, wisdom, or bravery. You'll have a poster for your front door to explain the Bible passage that relates to the superpower they select and how Jesus in the best superhero.

You've engaged, you're fun, you've been a superhero in your own neighbourhood!

Grandparents, families, even kids can run and represent the game with confidence, without feeling uncomfortable or singled out. It serves as a gentle first step that could naturally spark curiosity, conversations, or questions about Christianity and the Bible. 

THE PACK (one for each location - a church or a house*) - Downloadable A3 poster with the verses pertaining to Kinder, Wiser, Braver - hang this at your door; Downloadable A4 poster to put on your letterbox indicating you're open for halloween visitors; Instruction sheet to read on-line; A4 poster with the 'rules' of the game to put next to a box or bowl. 30 Kinder Wiser Braver stickers will be posted to you. Add wrapped sweets of your choice! No freight will be added for the stickers to be sent.

THE EXTRA STICKERS - If you're traditionally a hot spot for trick or treat, you might want an extra 30 stickers. No freight added.
